Event Details

What: Westmount Foundation’sTeams for Children.
A Day of Team Building and Athletic Games among members of Commercial Real Estate and Related Industries. Families are welcomed to join as team members (17 and over) or cheer them on, and there will be food and fun activities in a special area
for children.

Time and Place to be determined. 
Suggested activities are described below.

Proceeds from the event will benefit four children's charities

Teams: Companies will register their sponsored teams of 8-10 players. Sponsors have the option to fill a team with members of their choosing – employees, family members, Dallas Firefighters, police officers, or other group.

Sponsorships: See Sponsorships – This event offers various levels, most including a Team plus other benefits, depending on the commitment level.

Guests: Higher sponsorship levels come with a certain number of guest passes to be used by employees, families and friends not competing. Guest passes include lunch and more; additional passes may be purchased.

Event Competitions: (subject to change)


Four on Four Basketball - Round Robin half court tournaments. Games will go to 10 points or 15-minute limit, and you can score on each point.

Four on Four Volleyball - Round Robin volleyball tournament. Games will go to 15 points (win by two)


The entire group at one time will compete in fun Minute to Win It classics. This is fun to watch and even more fun to participate!

MIND BENDERS (game choices subject to change)::

Bike Build – Each team will get points for building a bike. Teams will be given all tools needed and one bike will be built per team. All bikes built will be donated to local area needy children.

Mensa  Challenge – Teams answer all kinds of trivia questions and solve Mensa problems like what is 24 hiad? (24 hours in a day). Teams get points for each correct answer. Points will be totaled at the end of the games, and awards will be given for top teams in each activity as well as the overall champion.
